Our History
Fincher Engineering, LLC was founded by Justin Fincher in 2014 working from home office. In 2015, we moved into our first office building on South Slide and made first design personnel hire. In 2016, Kris Stepp, P.E. joined the team to lead the electrical engineering division. We have since grown the firm to the current size and have successfully completed hundreds of projects from all project types all with new and multiple repeat clients. In October 2020, we proudly finished construction of our new office building on 114th St. where we currently are located.

Justin Fincher, P.E. has been providing engineering services since 1999 when first entering this industry. In 2006, Justin became licensed in the State of Texas and began being engineer of record on a variety of projects. Justin has been Engineer of Record for hundreds of projects that are of a wide variety from educational to medical to institutional.
In May of 2016, Fincher Engineering, LLC brought on Kris Stepp, P.E. to lead the electrical division. Kris brings over 20 years of experience in electrical design and project management to the firm. Kris has been Engineer of Record for hundreds of projects that are of a wide variety from government to educational to industrial.
